Ancient Chinese artifact destroyed

Bill’s mug/pot/cup/kettle thing fell to it’s death today. We were all in a state of shock. Jozef tried to find a replacement on the web, but the search was fruitless since no one knows what it’s really called: it’s too small for a pot, oddly shaped for a cup, not as sturdy or heavy as a mug, and didn’t really serve the same function as a kettle. In the interest of science we buried it under the maple tree outside the lab, where we hope anthropologists in the distant future will find it and exclaim “it’s like finding a 747 a thousand years before the Wright Brothers ever flew.”
